THE BRIEF

The design of this kitchen incorporated pre-purchased appliances including large double ovens and two dishwashers. Seating for four people, double sinks in the kitchen, a generous sink in the scullery and large rubbish bins were among the requirements. Adjoining the kitchen are a formal living room and a more casual family lounge; two islands act as a buffer between these zones – the formal side has a minimal appearance, while the other side caters to family needs with a servery bench. The central zone offers command over the whole space and easy access to the scullery.

THE BRIEF

With the highest quality fittings, careful use of lighting and an organic palette, this practical yet visually arresting guest ensuite was designed to become a private sanctuary for visitors, with a spacious feel despite the constrained dimensions.
The bespoke stone and engineered veneer vanity enhances the sense of space and with the mirrored cabinet above provides ample storage. Matte white wall tiles line the majority of the room, including the separate shower zone, bringing with them a sense of contemporary serenity and luxury, while a grey tile makes a feature of the wall behind the vanity.
