A clever little round-up of the greatest latest listens.

At a Distance

“Let’s learn,” say Spencer Bailey and Andrew Zuckerman, and now is definitely the hour. The guys behind another intelligent podcast, Time Sensitive, have just begun this fresh series of interviews with whole-earth thinkers on how we can benefit from our pre-COVID mistakes to imagine a new-and-improved normal.

More Than One Thing

Interior designer/creative director/author/blogger Athena Calderone is one prolific producer. Last issue we introduced her latest book, Live Beautiful, and now she’s added another slash to her CV with this broadcast of good chats about work successes and, hearteningly, failures with fellow portfolio-career pals.

Home Cooking

New from Samin Nosrat of Netflix series Salt, Acid, Fat, Heat, this was launched during social isolation and is great fodder for figuring out what’s for dinner when all you’ve got is a tin of beans. Never not relevant, it’s pantry cooking made easy, interesting and downright delicious.

The House of Style

The second illuminating season of this how-did-they-pull-it-off podcast hosted by power-stylists Kerrie-Ann Jones and Jono Fleming (pictured above) turns to wonder women in Australia’s creative industries who’ve built their brands from scratch to become icons in their arenas.
