— Demarcate the space with Resene paint. Go for a bold, deep colour to accent the built form and draw your eye in, such as this copper brown Resene Cinnamon. Contrast that with a pale colour on the wall, like this dusty grey Resene Half Ash, and one that’s somewhere in between on the floor — we chose grey-green Resene Half Innocence. Use painter’s tape to ensure your lines are as exact as the architecture.
